sdi has served as structural engineer on numerous hospitals, medical buildings, medical installations and renovations; working both as a member of an architectural team and working directly as a consultant to health care providers. Health care clients have included the University of Michigan Health System, which includes sdi as its pre-approved structural consultant, the Detroit Medical Center, and Chelsea Community Hospital. sdi has served as structural consultant for medical installations including overhead equipment supports, radiation shielding, equipment foundations, vibration analysis, and building additions.
